Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your items, you can us at contact@feistygiraffe.com to request a return label, and return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. Once the return is received, a refund for the cost of the returned items will be issued in the same manner of payment, or store credit (if requested by the customer).
As a small business, Feisty Giraffe utilizes print-on-demand which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported beyond 7 days after delivery. Customers are encouraged confirm sizing with the measurements table on the respective listing.
30 Day Quality Guarantee - In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Feisty Giraffe will request a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
